Dance Wellness classes are EXCELLENT! The classes have an uplifting effect on the mood and personal joy-sense. I'm pretty sure the well curated joint isolation warm-ups will also keep arthritis and other knee/bone problems at bay for us! We are lucky to have access to such classes. Great endeavour! Pulkit is a lovely approachable teacher with a great sensibility in dance and movement therapy.
You Can Dance is like a fresh breath of air. Dancing has always been my passion but after joining here, has helped me find my inner self and has touched my soul. Pulkit and other teachers are such fantastic dancers and his teaching skills are so well founded that you are inspired to challenge yourself in every single class I take. The studio and the team are like a “Forever Keep”. You will never take off your dancing shoes after being a part of it!
YCD is my first fitness program and its USP lies in the fact that it is fun and enjoyable while making one agile and active. So naturally it helps ous for the body and the mind both. Pulkit is not only a versatile dancer but a competent trainer as well. It's been have a great experience!
Pulkit's Dance Wellness class has added a new dimension to my otherwise active routine. The music and studio are absolutely super, the moves are fun, challenging and yet easy to follow, and I always leave feeling upbeat, energised, and younger!
I went into the class with a lot of hesitation as I have a lot of back and knee issues. Pulkit was amazing! He gave attention to all of us and did not make it too apparent that I was unable to do a few steps. He would come next to me and show me a doable alternative. He also has a great ability to make the classes fun with his lovely smile and enthusiasm. I thoroughly enjoyed his classes and intend to continue them. The music selection was foot tapping and the dance steps were easy to follow. Thanks Pulkit!
From creating a routine to helping the whole team bond, Dance wellness was worth it. Six of us from HP Studio joined, and not one of us felt left behind. The curriculum and choreographies were well thought out, inclusive and always upbeat. Pulkit was always super excited and made sure everyone kept up. It was almost like therapy for our whole group.
I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with the Dance Wellness team. They made the whole experience joyful by their offbeat approach towards exercising and keeping fit. I loved their choice of music, and the best part is the Dance Wellness regime. It is literally dancing your way to fitness. Keep it up!
I joined YCD last month and my Personal Training Program has been designed by the Creative Director, Pulkit specifically as I am learning dance in the 54th year of my life. Shruti is a very calm teacher and that is what is helping me to move on and learn more. I wish the team all the success they deserve, God Bless them!
You can dance is really a wonderful experience for anyone who enjoys dancing to keep fit and wants to learn a variety of dance styles. Pulkit is an amazing teacher and has so much energy considering we are all 40 + women in the group. Absolutely love going to this class!!

It is a pleasure writing for You Can Dance, the Dance Wellness classes. I want to be completely honest here, due to lack of interest and sheer laziness I haven’t exercised in years!! The closest I have been to a workout is walking. But after joining these classes with Pulkit, I look forward to every session and don’t want to miss even one.
